Motoretta ships by Canada Post and will usually arrive at your door in about 5 business days for Canadian orders and 7-10 to the US. Unfortunately Motoretta cannot take into account any delay in shipping due to customs. For customers based in Toronto we offer free local pick-up but these orders must be placed by phone as our online store will charge you shipping. We can offer a faster shipping method for an extra charge. Please contact the store directly if you require overnight shipping

We offer you the option of returning your purchase for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Returned items must be postmarked within 10 business days from the date you receive your package. Returned items must be in new condition and include attached original tags. Please carefully pack and seal your package as items that are damaged in the return shipping will not be accepted. Damaged or worn items are not eligible for exchange or credit.

All return items must be shipped back to the address in our "About Us" page and must be clearly labeled as a return item.
